The 7x14 tray kit is sized for a countertop or a shelf. It produces enough for a household without taking over the kitchen, and it goes from seed to harvest in about ten days, which is fast enough that you find out quickly whether you like doing it.

Sprouting lids are the smallest footprint option we carry. A mason jar on the counter, rinsed twice a day, and you have sprouts in under a week with no trays or medium involved.

Both work in an apartment, a basement, or a spare corner. Microgreens do best under a simple shop light, and sprouts need no light at all.
