Founded in 2019, On The Grow® is a husband-and-wife–run business based in Royse City, Texas, created by CJ and Mandi Vaughn. What began as a simple desire to grow fresh food indoors has blossomed into a nationwide brand serving thousands of indoor gardeners and microgreen growers.

We specialize in indoor farming education, reusable grow supplies, and hands-on tutorials for home growers and commercial cultivators alike. From microgreen kits and trays to our self-published books and custom reusable grow mediums, we provide the tools and support needed to grow confidently—no matter your skill level.

Our Story 🌱

Before settling in Royse City, Texas we built and operated a custom 160 sq-ft grow trailer—our mobile grow lab and YouTube studio. It’s where we produced over 190 videos and grew our audience to 136,000 YouTube subscribers with over 9.8 million lifetime views. That trailer was literally “On The Grow,” and the name stuck as we continued to grow—in business, in knowledge, and in impact.

We’ve now helped hundreds of thousands of people through our content and products, providing step-by-step guidance on microgreens, hydroponics, and sustainable indoor farming. Whether you’re growing in a spare room or scaling a full indoor system, our mission is the same:
